Our 14 private cottages and adjoining cabin units sit along the shoreline of Table Rock Lake circling a large pool and play area. All lakefront cabins have nostalgic pinewood interior with vaulted ceilings, large picture windows and contemporary touches. Each Happy Hollow cabin has a full kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. By each cabin is a charcoal grill and picnic area, and the resort provides high quality bed & bath linens as well as toiletries, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid and kitchen linens
Cleaning Fees per stay may be added for groups of 3 or more cabins: $20 - $50 per cabin, based on cabin size & occupancy

Min. Night Stay Requirements:
- 3 nights – Off & Mid Season and dates not listed below. $75-$100 cleaning fee for 2 night rentals allowed on case basis
- 4 nights – In Season dates of 5/30 – 6/3, 8/27 – 9/1
- 7 nights – 6/4 – 8/20 and 11/10 – 11/21 (6 nights allowed 8/21 - 8/28)

A deposit is due at the time of reservation. Reservations made within 15 days of arrival, 100% of payment is required.
Check in time is 4 pm. Check out is 10 am. Late checkout and early check in fees may apply and must be approved in advance.
No Pets. While we love dogs, due to extended time for specialized cleaning due to COVID-19, we can no longer allow bringing of any pets, as it is now unfortunately cost prohibitive. Renter bringing a pet will be asked to leave with no refund.
Renter is asked to leave cabin in good condition with dishes cleaned & put away and garbage removed upon departure. We provide dishwashing detergent, kitchen linens, garbage bags, and broom if needed during your stay.
Any damage should be reported to the office immediately so we can take care of any needs to help you enjoy your stay. Renter will be responsible for property damage outside of normal wear and tear. If cabin is left in poor condition requiring excessive maintenance and cleaning beyond norm, a cleaning fee will be assessed of $20/hr.
Our cabins are unique, historic pinewood. For guest safety, absolutely no smoking, no vaping, no incense burning, no fish frying and no open flame candles inside any cabin. This is considered both unsafe and damaging and evidence of such will result in a $200 fine. We ask also that all portable grills and smokers be used 10 feet from any cabin for safety.
Boat slips and park & plug charge spaces for boats and electric cars (EV) must be pre-reserved. Pre-bookings for same dates the following year not assumed and must be made at the office at check out. Visitors of reserved guests are limited and must sign in at the office. The enjoyment and satisfaction of all our guests for every stay is our priority; therefore, inappropriate behavior, dress, or disrespectful actions that lead to the discomfort of others is not welcome.
Being a small resort, 95% of our reservations are made 30+ days in advance. Once a specific unit is reserved for specific dates, it becomes unavailable to others looking to reserve and all dates are the responsibility of renter if within the cancellation window and not filled upon any vacancy. No refunds can be given for late arrivals or for early departures. We make every effort to promote and fill any cancellations under these cancel by windows
- Off Season - 30 days prior to reserved arrival
- Mid-Season - 45 days prior to reserved arrival
- In Season & Peak - 60 days prior to reserved arrival
Special events and tournaments may have different cancellation windows and requirements. Outside of special events, if a cancellation must occur after the season “cancel by” date window, the deposit is forfeit and renter is responsible for balance due against any reserved dates that go unfilled. There can be no refunds for bad weather, including Acts of God and lake flooding, if the cabin/resort is open and operational.
A small handling fee of 5% of the deposit made to be deducted from a deposit refund if more than 180 days have passed since the reservation was made to cover fees.
Final payments made upon stay for advance reservations (15+ days). A 2% handling fee for credit card balances more than $2,000.
