Our 14 lake front units feature rustic pine interiors. Front and back doors are screened and the front door leads to a covered deck with comfortable furniture, charcoal bar-b-q, and a picnic table. Each unit is completely equipped and furnished for your comfort. Units have air-conditioning, heat, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Our resort cabins have fully equipped kitchens with microwave ovens, toasters, coffee pots, dishes, pots & pans, silverware and cooking utensils. All bath and kitchen linens are furnished except swim towels.
As shown on the above drawing, Cabins 1 – 10 are housed in five buildings with interconnecting doors between 2 cabins. This allows families or two groups to share one building while maintaining privacy as needed. The doors can only be opened or securely shut and locked as desired from within each individual cabin.
Cabins 1-10 and the Country Cottage sit approximately 100 feet from the lakefront and dock walkway. The Loft Cabin, Cabin #14 and the Studio are great for families with smaller children because they overlook the playground and are approximately 300 feet from the lakefront, but are still very close to the pool and spa. These three cabins also have their own fire pit with outdoor seating area great for hot dogs and s’mores for the kids.

In order to keep our rates low for everyone, a rate structure has been developed based on an occupancy rate for each cabin. A charge of $8.50/night will be charged for each additional person over the base occupancy rate. Children under age 6 will not be charged as an additional person.

The rate structure and policies at Happy Hollow Resort follows the typical standard rate structure that has been in place for numerous years for small resorts and cabin rentals in the Table Rock Lake area. It has proven to be an effective way to keep rates low for individuals as well as families. Please check the individual cabin pages for current rates. During summer months – between June 2 and August 11, we require a 7-night stay, checking in on Saturday and checking out on the next Saturday.
Deposits are due by January of each year. A deposit ranging between $75.00 and $200.00 depending on the size of cabin is required to confirm each reservation.
A deposit is refundable providing cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date, or vacancy can be filled in its entirety. You will be charged for the number of days reserved. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
A minimum stay of 7 nights – Saturday to Saturday – will apply between mid-June and mid-August.
No Pets from mid-June through mid-August, or Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends. A minimal cleaning fee of $10.00 will be charged per pet per visit. Owners are requested to clean up after their pets, especially in the playground area. In extreme cases, additional cleaning fees may apply. All pets are to be kept on a leash and quiet at all times. Barking or howling dogs will not be tolerated. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
